Variation invests in new possible ways of redefining and reshaping space through the creation of the illusion of light as a physical material. This installation brings a contemplative environment that binds together visual, sound, smoke and sculptural work. Requestionning the image and its visibility, Variation works with acceleration, circulation, transfer and displacement.

this exhibition encourages the spectator to re-assess their lived-in-environment through prompting the viewer’s sense in unexpected modes. The simultaneous interplay of light, shadow and sound sets out to bring attention to the embodiment of the viewer and those around them as they interact with the work. The motive of “Abat-jour” is activated by the audience-object exchange and relies of the reversibility of perception. By drawing attention to the spectator’s senses, “Abat-jour” brings self-acknowledgement to the viewer in order for their acknowledged involvement with the lived-in-world.

What is the natural in an artificial world ?“UN-AUTHENTIC” depicts the possible natural in the artificial world. It explore the thin line technology as created in-between what is natural, as what is exhisting in, and artifical, as compose or design.This video was produce with three dimentinal replica of poeple and place mixed with digital effects and 3D rendered fictif spaces. This video seeks to evoke the question of post-humanism, trans-humanism and what it is to be an avatar. The narrated text evoke the feelings regarding a possible or already exhiting life in the digital world.


nouvelle nuit - video [7’48”], 2021 - presented at concordia university

The project consists of the creation of a music video using 3D scanning (photogrammetry) to travel through clubs, restaurants and venues that are no longer attended due to the pandemic.
These spaces have become places that can no longer exist, the videomusic will try to demonstrating the strangeness of a space outside the context for which it is designed while directly observing the impact of the pandemic on Montreal nightlife. The goal would be to recreate the atmosphere and the feeling of a space that was a meeting place for many of us, a space that was dear to us and that could become so again, the creation of memories and feelings. of belonging. On the other hand, the absence of external stimuli, such as conversations, people moving or any other sort of movement, creates a weird otherworldly atmosphere that is a little hopeless.


viaduc - in-situ perfomance [40’42”], 2021 - presented in montréal

“Viaduc” is a performance-improvisation that offers awareness of our environment and the bodies that compose it as one of the keys to understanding it, creating awareness and taking action within it. With an eclectic trait, this piece borrows live recorded organic sounds as well as sound synthesis. These allow the experimentation of the possible links between the sounds of concrete and synthetic sounds. This experiment is intended to expand consciousness and perception of sound. It also allows us to understand and perceive the trajectory of a sound or a sequence of sound. The understanding of listening requires active engagement with attention.
